Taco Recipe

Back to Impternet

This is the recipe I use for seasoning taco meat. I started developing it sometime around 2020 if I had to guess. I never measure when I cook, and add ingredients to taste. After making a consistent flavor I liked, I have measured the individual ingredients used.

Cooking Instructions

  1. Place butter into large pan. Turn heat to somewhere between medium and medium/high. Stir until fully melted.
  2. Add ground beef. Breaf up with a spatula to little peices. Stir occasionally. Let it cook in its own juices. Cook until fully brown then turn heat down to medium.

  3. Add soy sauce while stirring.
  4. Add tajin, cayenne powder, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, and cumin to meat.
  5. Stir and let seasonings cook in. Taste before moving on. Add any extra of any seasonings here if you think it needs it. Add water if meat has dried and stir.
